Founded by Dr. Stefan Plogmaker an engineer with a background in optics, instrumentation and applied physics, heftytec combines research-level precision with industrial reliability.
What began as a one-person operation in Stefan's garage has grown into a specialized Swedish engineering company with advanced manufacturing capabilities and a multidisciplinary team under one roof.
We design and build precision components and complete systems for optics production, laser applications, and micro-positioning. From concept to validation, we help customers solve complex measurement and alignment challenges.
Located near Lund, in the heart of Skåne and close to world-leading research facilities such as MAX IV and ESS, we are uniquely positioned to support both scientific and industrial clients with high-performance solutions they can trust.
